ConneticutEMIn 2007, the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Connecticut passed House Bill No. 7024, Public Act No. 07-56.  This created an Intrastate Mutual Aid Compact. This compact automatically enrolled relevant parties with the option of opting out if they wished.
