MaineEMIn 2008, Maine enacted their intrastate mutual aid plan entitled “Maine First Responders State-Wide Mutual Aid Agreement.”  Although the compact does not specifically address the topic of operational command and control, its language implies that it is a split arrangement, dividing responsibilities between the sending and receiving entities.
